I was writing, and my hubby brought me this delicious salad. Made with 3-4 ounces of London Broil (bought from the local butcher), spring greens, blackberries, blueberries, a shake of salad toppings, a sprinkle of parmesean cheese, and balsamic vineagar dressing. It was SO good. Thought I would share some of what I eat, as people are asking! So, this is one dinner, with 498 calories. It's worth every bite.
