A "Clean" Salad

Because I was at Aldi's today, I had to get some yummy tomatoes.  When I got home, I got creative with some "clean" food.  This is the recipe I made up:

1 tomato, diced
1 avocado, chunked
1 tsp. minced garlic
Mrs. Dash salt-free chipotle seasoning to taste

I threw all of that in a bowl, and wa-la!  A delicious combo, which, when together, are a "Power Food."  What's that mean?


When combined, these foods have all sorts of benefits, and they are delicious, naturally.  I'm looking forward to my "Superfood" adventures...
