Banana Nut Smoothie

Banana Nut Smoothie  (my own recipe)

1 frozen banana (peel before freezing in a sandwich bag)
6 whole almonds
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
cinnamon to taste 1 tsp
1 Tbsp honey

Blend all and enjoy!  Delicious for breakfast or any time of the day.

Honey and cinnamon together are natural healers and delicious.
