These are my favorite for breakfast. I'm not a morning person, and I hate to eat till later, but I will drink a smoothie. They include dairy, fruit, protein, and natural sugar for a good carb burst in the morning. Making them myself saves a ton of fat, sugar, and calories. It doesn't take long, and if you work, it's quick and easy to take in the car. These can also be for dessert. That's when my husband likes them. he begs me to make the berry one. It's his favorite. We're playing around with pineapple and orange tonight. Yum!
P.S. I'm working on one with nutella as a dessert option...
