As my body is changing with exercise and other forms of exercise, lately, moving boxes and furniture - moving things around, and putting stuff in storage - I have realized that I feel stronger. I can go up stairs easier, without having to stop. I can go up stairs without a railing, which shows that my balance is getting better. Also, my legs are much stronger than they were, even though I'm not where I want to be yet. I want the freedom from fat - NOW. I want the independence your body feels when you don't feel fat. Even if you're thin, you know what I'm talking about. You can have a bloated day. It's not quite the same, as your bloat can go away slightly faster than all my pounds, but it is a comparison for the purpose of understanding.
However, it doesn't come off fast. I didn't put it on overnight, but I want it to come off now. I am working hard to get it off, with this week being extra full of exercise. So, I should be good for a loss on Wednesday.
BTW ... Last week I weighed, although it was a holiday, and had stayed the same as the week before. I hope the fourth will be lucky for me. I was good to it!

I made the mistake of planning a wedding after the holidays! this year i guess i'll have only two servings of stuffing instead of 5!
