From Various Nefarious Sources...

Eat every two hours or so... Handful of nuts, an apple. Not a Big Mac!

Eat first thing in the morning...whatever you can stomach.

Drink a ton of water, flavored or whatever.

If you exercise, you need protein to rebuild muscle.

Use Olive oil spray for oven baked food to crisp.

Vegetables aren't the enemy.

Use dried beans for a huge savings and less sodium.

Carry tea or other flavor packets in your pocket or purse for on-the-go water bottles - if you're allergic to water.

There is such a thing as eating too little.

I look better fat on the track than fat in McDonalds. :)
